Utah's homeowners market
Rapid growth has pushed rebuilding costs higher, so we make sure the dwelling limit on every Utah home keeps up. Carriers look at roof condition, snow load, and distance from wildland areas. We also cover condos, rental properties, renters, and high-value homes.
Earthquake, wildfire, and winter
The Wasatch Fault runs along the Wasatch Front, and the 2020 Magna earthquake damaged buildings across the Salt Lake Valley. Homes near the foothills face wildfire risk, and winter brings heavy snow and frozen pipes. A standard homeowners policy does not cover earthquake or flood, so we quote both separately.
Auto, boat, and business coverage
Utah is a no-fault state. Drivers must carry at least $30,000 per person, $65,000 per accident, and $25,000 for property damage, plus $3,000 in personal injury protection. We round out your protection with auto, boat, and umbrella coverage. For business owners, we also write business insurance, from business owners policies to commercial property, along with contractors insurance and trucking.
