Tornadoes, flooding, and earthquake
The March 2020 tornado tore through Nashville and Cookeville, and the May 2010 floods damaged thousands of homes in Middle Tennessee. West Tennessee, including Memphis, sits near the New Madrid Seismic Zone. A standard homeowners policy does not cover flood or earthquake, so we quote both separately.
Auto, boat, and business coverage
Tennessee requires auto liability limits of at least $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident, and $25,000 for property damage. We round out your protection with auto, boat, and umbrella coverage.
