Arizona's homeowners market
Long, hot summers are hard on roofs, air conditioning, and plumbing, and carriers look closely at roof age and type on every Arizona home. Many Valley homes are in HOAs and have pools, so liability limits matter. We also cover condos, rental properties, renters, and high-value homes.
Monsoon storms, flash floods, and wildfire
The summer monsoon brings dust storms, hail, wind, and flash floods that can turn washes and streets into rivers. Homes in the forested high country face wildfire risk, as fires like Yarnell Hill (2013) and the Tunnel Fire near Flagstaff (2022) showed. A standard homeowners policy does not cover flood, so we quote it separately.
Auto, boat, and business coverage
Arizona requires auto liability limits of at least $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident, and $15,000 for property damage. We round out your protection with auto, boat, and umbrella coverage. For business owners, we also write business insurance, from business owners policies to commercial property, along with contractors insurance and trucking.
